It is not a sticker, it is pad printing and yes, it is slightly of centre.

If you want one with no colour, the colour can easily be
removed so there is no extra value coloured or not.

Coloured and non-coloured coins are different. Non-coloured has the relief (engraved). Coloured is is just a dotted centre with pad printing.
If you remove the paint you won't get a non-coloured version
