It seems that this 5 Centavos is struck on a planchet were some metal was missing before the minting process..

You can see it at the right side (4 o'clock), I haven't seen this before..
And it seems to be a keeper..
Any thoughts/opinions about this? Thanks..

I have indeed a (cheap) scale, so it can be a bit off..
The weight is: 2,72 grams

I made also another photo with daylight.. You can follow the line from the edge till the first wing feather..

I'm quit certain it's not PMD..

It's slightly underweight by 0.03 grams. Probably some kind of planchet flaw. https://en.numista.com/3152

There looks to be something gpong on with the U near the eagles head. It is tough to tell from the pic, bit maybe delamination?
