First Ancient Arrived, Constantius II? No, It's Constantine I

I'm not looking for a solid attribution, moreso just confirmation if I'm on the right track or not. Approx. 20mm, AE3 Portrait of Constantius II Bronze, desert toned 2.7 grams Standing Emperor holding globe in left hand, raised open right hand Field letters A / worn Epsilon? Exergue OAn? Antioch or Siscia? Any advice greatly appreciated, this reverse seems tricky... wear notwithstanding, I haven't seen one. I've spent a few hours on OCHRE and Google images with only a partial match to an also unidentified coin. I am not sure if your coin is cuirassed only though. The workshop of your coin is not clear either. The mintmark is R star (?) with possible workshops being P,S,T, or Q.
