Any help on identifying this Roman coin would be greatly appreciated. Its only 13 mm in diameter but has great detail. Not sure what it says on the observe but on the reverse it is VOT, X, MVLT, XX.
Your coin is Arcadius and the obverse legend is D N ARCADIVS P F AVG. The mintmark is hard to make out but it seems that an N is visible, so probably Antioch mint.
