There's nothing that connects these coins as a collection, so the box and any associated materials don't add anything - the value would be strictly the coins themselves. Since we no longer force people to optimize their own photos, it seems no one is fully aware if photos were saved with the correct orientation. Smart phones make us dumber, but cropping the images could fix that problem.

One cause is from phones that store orientation data in their library, not the meta data of the image file. The file is stored as landscape, but the phone remembers the orientation when it was in when taken.
