I bought this set from an estate looks like the 1880S was replaced and the others ? I think the center one is AU 53 ish all others about MS62-63 what would be a good price to sell this on ebay?

I think since they are common dates somewhere around $350. But I don't buy much on ebay.

You would probably do better selling them individually than as a set. There's nothing that connects these coins as a collection, so the box and any associated materials don't add anything - the value would be strictly the coins themselves. And anyone looking to buy 5 nice Morgans on ebay will be looking for a deal.
Don't forget that you'll give up 13% as an ebay fee, so you might consider selling them here on the CCF.

Since we no longer force people to optimize their own photos, it seems no one is fully aware if photos were saved with the correct orientation. Smart phones make us dumber, but cropping the images could fix that problem.

These photos are in correct position in the camera some how the photo is uploaded sideways?

One cause is from phones that store orientation data in their library, not the meta data of the image file. The file is stored as landscape, but the phone remembers the orientation when it was in when taken.

Another cause is the image was taken incorrectly, but the phone flips it based on how you hold it to view, so you have no idea it was wrong. Dearborn has a good demonstration of this here: https://goccf.com/t/102046&whichpage=792#4463078
