Hi everyone I have this $5 bill and noticed that the print or the cut is really off. The top and bottom are not even at all. Is this a common thing or is this something rare? Thanks for any help.

It's a common occurrence to see notes with different sized borders. Yours is well within tolerance so not an error. They aren't classified as "errors" untill the border difference becomes extreme........could be from a misalignment error or from when the sheets are cut.

Not rare at all, the front printing plates were slightly off register so there would be thousands out there the same.
