Sometimes coins have bad alloy mixes causing streaks in the metal but they run the same direction as the metal is rolled out the blank thickness. Also coins can get roller lines from dirt/grease being on the rollers but those are all in parallel lines too.
Seeing your "streaks" have different directions to them I think they might just be stains or the obverse was haphazardly cleaned.
