I'd say no. Do you have any of the die markers?

I could be wrong but what I think you are seeing is just damage doing a very good job at looking like an RPM. I see what looks like a hit lining up in between the yellow lines and pointed out. JMHO....

with makecents and E&V. If you look closely at the top of the vertical bar of the mm and compare it to the reference you can see that it is not the same. The reference on CC shows it getting thinner close to the top where the OPs coin shows a more linear even mark consistent with a hit. Check markers to be sure. This is a tough one.

I agree too, I am not convinced it is an RPM but by providing the link OP has a tool to further research, unless a sharpand clear close up proves it otherwise.
