The US Mint has raised the 2026 Uncirculated sets to a mintage of 300,000. Subscriptions are once again avaliable if anybody wan't to pay $124.50 for the Lincoln Cent (basically that's why people are wanting the set)

I've had my subscription maxed out for some time, and hadn't realized there was a pause in taking new subscriptions.
Did they raise the household limit? I see that on my subscription page I can increment the number far beyond the former limit of 10. But, I'm not going to mess with the red "Update Quantity" button.

Notice, they've still got available 2021 and 2022 Mint Sets. I bought two of each of them at the end of November 2022 for a total of $101.00, or $25.25 each. The same sets that they haven't been able to clear from stock are now at the new, improved price of $124.50 each, and they do not contain the coveted 2026 Cent. The 400% price increase doesn't seem to be due to the NIFC Cent...it's just money grubbing by the US Mint.

Or maybe they thought the old stock would move better if they added $99 per set to the price.

They lowered it to 10. So I don't know if people that had subscriptions for over that amount will have them lowered to 10 or not.

10 has been the limit, at least since I placed my subscription months ago.

How's it getting in a roll? There are no cents being made for circulation - The mint sets are the only place to get them. (or so I thought)

Probably the same way 20 years of half dollars made it into rolls.

Yeah, it could happen. But with 600,000 (that's 2X300,000), anything less than BU condition would render them to hole fillers for a few generations.
Though they're "Brilliant" strikes, it would be analogous to an Impaired Proof.
That doesn't mean worthless, but worth less.

I also wonder, with the Cent now being out of production for circulation, how long rolls of Cents are going to even be available at face value...like a bank pickup.

Still though, 600k is a low mintage cent by any means.

Well, when you used to mint billions of them, yeah. But, it is also only 116,000 more than the 09SVDB.

Technically it's 300,000 Phillies and 300,000 Denver minted cents - unless the mints pull some "shenanigans"

I just remembered that it was only 300,000 sets.

So, more in total that the 09SVDB, but less individually.

Still, do not care. I get mine I am happy.
