I would agree that your coin 1 is the "tilted 7" variety.
And yes, I would agree that the curvature of the entire date is different between the two varieties; it's called "tilted 7" because the "tilt" of the 7 - so that the top beam of the 7 no longer points at the top of the 9 - is the most obvious way of distinguishing the two.
I'm not really seeing much of a difference between your "tilted 7" and the one from the reference website, though. Not enough to be considered a separate variety, anyhow.
