i believe this coin was improperly stored resulting in the surfaces we see here making it difficult to determine if the coin has seen any circulation. I have no idea how anyone can see whats under that
i think the coin could be AU55 or as high as MS64. thats a big difference so if it was mine I would give her a good soak in 100% acetone to see if she cleans up a little.
if you do, repost the results

well, I think it removed the organics and brought out the surfaces. looks like a fingerprint at K3 obv. I am not seeing any signs of circulation however the surfaces are still not 100% to determine that. I think it looks better now though. whats left I believe is staining from the stored environment. she may have been chemically cleaned like I originally thought but i'll give her the benefit of the doubt.
the 94(S) are known for sharp bold strikes. the breast is a tad weak as is the hair around the ear.
here is my assessment based on the 4 components. surface preservation is weighted double. I've used this for years which I put in a spreadsheet. I dont think I've ever posted this before but it creates consistency in grading. it can be used for really any MS coin. if anyone wants the matrix just send my an email.
surface preservation 7 out of 10 strike 4 out of 5 luster 3 out of 5 eye appeal 3 out 5
on my grading scale its a 17 which equates to MS62
