I'll say MS-65. It's a nice coin with not many nicks or bag marks.

A great looking steel cent. Slight scratch on the reverse may hold it to 65 but I wouldn't be surprised at a 66.

IMO toughest year to grade from photos, all (if any) bag marks seem to blend into the surface. Obv appears to have a faint fingerprint on/in the field in front of Abe/ a hit after the 3 by date/ several on shoulder and lapel. Rev a bit nicer maybe a hit between wheat stems all other look like polish lines/ shame about the corrosion spot one the E(ONE). Overall, a very nice cent, I'll say Sixtyfourrrrrr from photos inhand 65

these planchets were pretty hard due to the alloy mix. they needed to increase the stamping pressure to get full strikes. you can see the metal flow lines on this one on the obv from K7-K9

probably MS64. the issue on the reverse at the E will hold it back from 65 imo as its pretty noticable

Edited: second look, I think the overall coin is enough for MS65
