@iron, first welcome to CCF. Second, while this is a bit outside my area of knowledge, it is my understanding that the vast majority of these are replicas and you should assume that even if your aunt picked this up in the 1960s, it is almost certainly not real. Lastly, it is always helpful to have weight and diameter information about posted coins. Can you please measure this piece and then post that information to this thread? Thx.
