Seems like this was struck on an undersized blank, as this measures ~24mm (regular coin is 27mm), and weighs ~6.33g, (regular coin weighs 8g). Not likely a spooned or Dryer Coin as this does not have the characteristics of such. The G of Guatemala has a die chip in the letter, and above the MA of Guatemala is a planchet flaw like a lamination.

This is a lettered-edge coin. What does yours look like, especially adjacent to the MA of GUATEMALA and the date?

Through a serendipitous coincidence, one of these coins was in a 2.5 pound lot that arrived today. Mine weighs 8.04 g.

These coins were minted by Casa de Moneda de Guatemala. A Numista search for other coins minted there from1964 - 1966 does not turn up any other coins in the 6.33 g range. This makes me think that your coin is damaged.

That edge looks like it was ground or otherwise suffered abuse.

The coin has been "clipped" - filed down, somewhat crudely, in an attempt to make the diameter smaller - presumably, to then feed it into a vending machine of some kind in the hopes the coin is accepted as a coin of higher face value than 25 centavos.

That was the other option I was thinking, that it was deliberately ground down for some reason like what Hondo and Sap said, and I agree there.
Funny coincidence there Hondo on you getting the same coin yesterday
