I looked at an overlay, and I think it's Die Clash remnants. It's minor though. You can see part of the Die Clash remnants behind his neck somewhat. The part of the olive tree is clashed under Roosevelt's ear. I can also see die clashing around Roosevelt's eyes but couldn't get the lighting right to capture it with my scope. Errers and Varietys.
