1985-D Roosevelt Dime Vmad?

Found this one in a roll today.
My question is, is this a vertical misaligned die, or just circulation wear?
the coin apears cupped, the 5 is into the rim and the rim flatting behind the head on the obverse.
the coin weighs 2.88g.
Dia. 17.78 mm on the flat spot 17.9 mm everywhere else.
Thick. 1.35mm

could be a tilted die - the reverse is a bit weak in that area.
