2021 State Quarter, Maybe Silver? - Coin Community Forum

Hillofbeans New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 05/29/2026 1:21 pm Good afternoon, I got a Denver minted 2021 New York State Quarter in some change last week. It looks shinier than a normal quarter, and I see no copper along the edges, so I think it might be silver. it weighs 5.62 grams. Anyway, I figured it must be from a mint set, but when I search for information, I'm finding 2 things. 1. Denver did not mint any silver coins in 2021, and 2. The reverse features the Statue of Liberty. The information I found says there was no New York 2021 Quarter that featured the Statue of Liberty in 2021.Just a dollar coin. I was hoping someone could help me find information about this quarter. [I have photos, but can't figure out how to upload them. Anyway, thanks for your help. Report this Post to the Staff
