2024 P Washington quarter Dr Mary Walker 5.71g weight. Rim is copper all around. Mostly copper showing on obverse and reverse of coin. I would appreciate any help to determine if this is a defective planchet or not. I have several pics of rim uploaded as well as front and back of coin. Thank you so much! &
