Nero Claudius Drusus Germanicus, known as "Drusus the elder" to avoid confusing him with other Roman dignitaries with similar names, was the father of Emperor Claudius, who died on campaign in 9 BC. He did not issue coins in his own lifetime, but Claudius issued several series of posthumous commemorative coins around AD 42. After his death, the arch on the reverse was erected on the Appian Way, the main memorial avenue into Rome from the south (this arch no longer exists and its exact whereabouts are disputed).

Needless to say, the one in the OP is not genuine. It appears to be a cast copy of a commonly encountered replica.
