adam126402 Pillar of the Community United States 909 Posts	Posted Today 1H 35M ago To me, this is just a marketing gimmick. Brilliant uncirculated means just that, has luster and hasn't circulated. Don't confuse this with GEM, which means MS65 or higher. I would not pay more than about $100. Greysheet retail is at $95 for MS62 and $130 for MS64.
