Howdy Everyone!
Thanks for having me.
I am a passionate treasure hunter who started metal detecting a year ago. Starting to get the hang of it.
I have randomly collected coins my whole life.
Recently I realized that I can spot errors at a glance; which has been pretty neat. I don't always know what's different about the coin- just that different. ALSO, in that brief second :( it's generally a terrible time to become fixated on coins; like when receiving change.
So I put it aside.
I have AUDHD; and up until now (50 years of life) there has been literally no benefits or exciting abilities.

I saw a coin on Google and I had a question regarding the responses as I have a similar coin... so here I am joined.

Enjoy the photo of last week's metal detecting finds. There was construction in my neighborhood so soil was loose and the finds were flowing.

I am fairly literal and so when I ask questions they have no emotion behind my communication; especially in informational forums

and greetings from key west.

have fun exploring the site. there is lots to learn and this forum is stuffed full of wonderful people who really know their stuff. make sure to read the rules- very important. ask questions- we are all here to learn from each other; there are no 'dumb' questions. there is a space here somewhere for metal detector finds. post clear pictures; we all want to see them. consult the various posts for help on posting pictures.

see you in the forum!

edit, minutes later:

i just clicked into your user name and I see you're in detroit. I'm from a small town in SW lower MI-- Burr Oak. hello, fellow michigander!
