This weighs 1.1 grams and has a diameter of 22 mm.

It appears that the Church of England set up Huts for personnel in Military training camps in WWI and WWII. Assuming that these tokens were used there, I would like to know any more details about when, where, and the purpose of the tokens.

They were used as a form of internal currency at the canteens and entertainment
huts set up by the Church of England. Plastic was used to save metal for the war effort.
Different denominations were different colours. They are fairly collectible.
There were other organizations that used similar plastic tokens at their canteens.
