1982 Penny Possible Mint Error?

Got a 1982 copper penny. On the reverse side there is a very small washer ring that seems to be fused/under the " N" in CENT. The letter isn't messed up. Seems pretty cool regardless if its a mint or PMD.

To CCF! It's definitely some kind of Post Mint Damage ( PMD). Not an error. I will say that it's a pretty cool and unusual case of PMD.
