Not an error, it is damage from a hit.
Not every anomoly is an error, unless it happens during the striking
of the coin, anything else it is considered damage.

It's hard to say with this picture - could you zoom in on it? But so far I think that it's just damaged from a hit in circulation.

You need to rename you images when you upload them or they will get overwritten!
