The coins in this set are all very nice accept perhaps the 1999 Belgium coin which does have some contact marks.
When the time comes to sell these coins would I be better off removing them from the packaging and sell separately or leave as is. I ask because I'm not sure it's a proper set, some coins look proof or proof like while others look like circulation coins.
The dates also range from 1999-2002 I thought they should all be the same date.

I assume it is third party? If that is the case, probably okay to free them. Although I would tempted to keep it intact because it is an interesting set.
