Would it be fair to say this one is not a "grid technique" code-breaker like the first 3 contests?

Judging by the last 3 clues....can we assume this is a "Moe-Twisted" form of Morse code?

Moes reference to periods and hyphens made me think Morse code. I googled Samuel Morse and found out that the 4 letter clue (SFBM) Moe gave us were his initials and that he was from Charlstown. Every time I think I have it figured out, it breaks! I thought of e-mailing Khloe Kardashian for inspiration, but I do not thing that will help.  |
