Hello again. I have read and read again the article coppercoins wrote and/or posted and still I must seek your opinions!

I have a 1961 proof Franklin half. Seems like I see the 'notching' on the P and L, but....., it's probably MD.

Machine doubling. The devices are reduced and not enlarged with flat shelf like look on the east side of the devices. Just a very strong machine doubled example.

As a Newbie I'll say IMHO I'm afraid to say it but in my eye's looks more like Machine Doubling.99% of what I see is a flat shelf like appearance.As a Proof Franklin half
it still pretty awesome MD.
