My latest addition to my Bust Half collection. I beleive this is 0.109,R3 there is a spike on the top of star 7. Did I get this one right? Would appreciate a grade also.

I think you are correct: O-109. The position of C in 50 C. under the olive branch end is pretty definitive.

Gradewise, I agree it is in the low VF range, probably VF-20.
