Do they mean anything to collectors? My father-in-law got some years ago and I was wondering if we should spend them or sell them?

well consectutive numbers are very much sought after mostly when you have 7 or more in a row uncirculated Is the key to any coin or currency collecting. what years and what are they maybe I can give you some info dont spend them.. also if you show pictures that will help..

Well I finally had time to look ....

We have $1 notes from 1995 and 1999. We have 5 bound packs of uncirculated and consecutive serial numbers.

They are packs of 100 $1 bills ... Are they worth more than face?

yes in that quantity they are worth more I do not know exact figures but maybe a Guestament a pack of 100 $1.00 consectutive notes maybe $115. if you find the right dealer, but if you can hold on to them ,in the future you can get a little better premium, if you want to get rid of them I would try ebay you might do well there..
