The last box of pennies I went through had 1-4 1981(D's and P's) LMC in almost every roll that could be considered MS-63 or better. A few looked almost proof like. Appears someone cashed in a load of good 1981's. They go in my "special" container for shiny pennies.

About a month or so ago I went thru a box and found around 2 1/2 rolls of BU 62-D. I still have a roll of them. Its just wierd how so many of them, even if turned in, can end up back in so many rolls that are put in the same box. I didnt mind tho!

The box I'm going thru now has alot of 88 P&D BUs

It just depends on how bad someone need the money. I save all the nice ones for a second look that will help fill a new collectors books or a new variety found. I can't just send them back to work when they look real nice.
