I just found this 1999 trail die and I can not identify it. Any help appreciated. The liberty actually has trail above and below the word. The trails are just above the date though. Thanks.

I went to the local coin club today, and spoke with mr neff, about this great website. He said about a year ago he got in an argument on the website, and they deleted his posts, so he never came back. He now said he hangs out at lincolncentresource instead of here, which is unfortunate because I have learned a lot from him at our local club. Just tonigh he was talking about the doubled dies on the new 2009 d formative years cent in the new uncirculated mint sets
