I am attempting to find the information contained in a post of mine that might be over a year old. Is this possible? How should I go about finding that post?

Thanks and God bless,
Pat

Click on the Search tab at the top of your screen. Add in your member name, the topic of your search, and then make sure you check the Archived Posts box and then you should arrive at your destination

If the thread isn't archived, click on your username that's above your avatar (or up at the top of the screen where it says "you are logged on as Panterapat"). On your profile screen, click the "find all non-archived posts by Panterapat" link, and it should appear.

If the thread you want doesn't appear there, it's been archived - you'll have to use the forum search function mentioned by biokemist6.
