Possibly a small hint of Machine Doubling, but it looks pretty normal to me.

It looks like a working hub (wavy step) 1WHDER-001. It should have the indented lines under columns 5,6,7 and 8 to.

2006-Fluting-Lines???

The area below column 11 passing through the stylobate appears to be raised and is most likely a die crack or gouge. Under column 12 does appear to be incuse and could or could not be a working hub wavy step. As closelook stated, check under the other columns, for incuse lines.

Normal fluting lines on a wavy step tend to follow the lines on the column.

Working hub fluting on a 2007 cent.
