Whoa! Those are wicked cool! Finding a coin, regardless of condition, that's almost 300 years old must be an incredible feeling!

Scooby you have no idea...I almost peed my pants when I found the dime, then the farthing turned up a short while later and I was on cloud nine. The farthing is my oldest coin found so far and I do not expect to beat it but I keep trying!

I've been back to this site a few times and I found a Half Cent on one trip but after washing it with plain water most of the detail is gone. I also found 2 Marine Corp buttons there that date to the civil war era, I will try to get a picture of the better one on here soon.
