It is either a die chip or a plating bubble, not a Cud.

Can't really see what you are talking about good, but I do see it. and remember a Cud is on the outer of the coin against the rim.

If you are asking about that "bump" that is between the 3rd and 4th column (that is all I can see... rough photos, my friend), it is nothing but a plating blister. Sorry.
