i found this in a roll of wheats I got on ebay. I noticed the "s" is at a severe angle. I would like some enlightenment on what this is. thank you.

Mint marks were applied by hand onto the die until 1990 so there can be a great variety of placement. As long as the MM is under the date it's considered normal as is your coins MM placement.
