Svslav: The 1967 mint set (which are my only Russian coins), includes a Leningrad mint token, which has a symbol identical to the mintmark on your coins. From what I remember, none of the coins in the set are mintmarked.

I don't believe any Soviet circulation coins (including mint sets), with the exception of a handful of commemorative rubles that did circulate, bore any mintmarks.

It's like U.S. coins minted in Philadelphia, I suppose. If Leningrad was the only mint striking coins or the mother mint, there would really be no need for a mintmark. Of course coins are now minted in the Putingrad mint!
