On these coins it seems that the hoof has a line joining it with the 3... I haven't come across any information on this variety... I have a couple more like the one in the middle

The middle coin is your Hoof 3,and not sure the first coin look like a die break close to the bottom of the 3

All 3 are Zoell variety's of a Die Break. Sorry no hoof in 3 version. The Geo 6th 50 cent coins are a blast when it comes to re-working of the dies. They are getting harder to find (the variety's) with the melting going on. In my opinion, they are the most under collected series there is. The middle coin appears to be a Zoell FL444fo (minor) There are over a dozen DIFFERENT die breaks thru the 3 to rim. For Charletons to say WD?ND is a true injustice. LOLOL what about the 3/3/3. A fun series for sure.

Thanks for the information.

I have all three of those and did not know they were all considered Zoells.

Glad I found this site!

I am going to post about another variety to see if you have info.

The 3/3/3 1943 Fifty Cent coin is the one that ICCS and Charlton refer to as a Doubled Die. It is not a Doubled Die, it is a triple punched 3.... Zoell classified it as R444e... pretty sure that COINSFUN has one.... It is not uncommon, I picked one up this past weekend... I have about ten of them.

That appears to be a 3/3. The 3/3/3 appears similar with another impression to the right of the top loop of the 3.
