I have been a ebay seller for about a year now. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you the customer order something from me and say you never got it they will 100% of the time give you your money back.EVEN IF I SHOW I SHIPPED IT!
Is ebay owned by the goverment? Why is there no real competition?

By the way Italy is in a sad shape. You cannot even send a letter to them without the postal people putting in there pocket. I over the holiday's have got built a small wharehouse. I most likely will get my own website.

Come on America give ebay a run!

Unfortunately, they are interested in profit plain and simple. I have been with them since 1997 and have watched ebay go from a great place, to a place where anything goes. They are not friendly to sellers at all.

I would at a minimum use Delivery Confirmation. Make sure the post office scans each package or you can print out a form in PayPal using the multi-ship option that they scan once.

For high-value items, I'd use Signature Confirmation, Insurance or both. Just consider it a cost of doing business on ebay

You need one of these at a minimum I believe to be able to dispute an item not received.

Funny - as a seller, I've only had 3 or 4 "did not receive" disputes, and I've won every one of them. Of course, for each I was able to prove that the buyer received the item.

I have been with them since 1998, and agree that ebay is growing bigger on the backs of sellers right being trampled on. There are more idiot buyers than sellers on ebay. You would never know this thanks to ebay protecting the scum buyers.

For Paypal to side with a seller re: non delivery claim, you must use signature confirmation on items over$250.
