Intercept Shield makes black 2x2s but they are much more expensive than white cardboard 2x2s. Eagle also makes black 2x2 holders that are a little less expensive than Intercept but still not cheap. I have no experience with the Intercept holders but I have bought coins in the Eagle holders before, nice presentation for pricier coins.
