FYI to forum members, I just noticed you can pre-order the 2011 RedBook paperback edition for approx 30% off on Amazon.com, and Amazon.ca. I'm not sure if you can bundle it with other orders to get free shipping.

I usually purchase a couple of cases of Red Books and sell them to our members at a substantial discount (better than 30% when you consider shipping.)

I was not aware, that's fantastic. I think I'll keep my pre-order for now, cross-border shipping would probably eat away any savings I would get.
