Hello All,

Still searching for the last piece to complete my Dansco 8100. This coin is available on ebay. The start price is about $140 below the BIN price and the BIN price is set right at where I'm on the fence.

I would like some opinions from members who are knowledgeable and objective. I'm not posting the price because I'd like to get some opinions that are fresh.

So based on market trends and eye appeal, what would you say is inline with fair market value for this particular coin? Again, it's a 1909-S VDB PCGS AU55

The last few time-relevant sales on Heritage in AU55 slabs ranged from $1295-1495 (including the fees). If it's the coin I think, the seller's start price is about as high as one should go.

Not too sure about grade, but it's definitely a PQ coin in my opinion. Nice smooth surfaces and beard detail.

I'd also have to say $1500.
