The value in very fine is 1 $, in extremely fine 1.50 $ (Krause 2010) Mintage for 1962 is 83.860.000 The man who is depicted is Jose Martí, a leader of the Cuban independance movement against Spain. He was also a known poet. One of his poems was turned into the song "Guantanamera". Report this Post to the Staff
