1932-S Input On Grade Appreciated - Coin Community Forum

CheetahCats Pillar of the Community United States 731 Posts	Posted 02/24/2010 6:50 pm This also came part of a complete 1932-1964 set that I aquired about 6 months ago. I am just now getting around to cataloging and inputing the individual coins into my database system. I do not think this coin has an F12 grade, yet no guidance exists for assessing lower grades in the 2010 Red Book. Any input as to grade would be appreciated. (A 1932-D coin with similar status was posted earlier, too) Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

I had suspected it was indeed a G4. BTW - considering I paid $252.00 for the exhaustive set from 1932-64, I believe I've come out ahead. Report this Post to the Staff

That's over 80 coins, making $252 the junk silver price! Might want to verify those mintmarks because there are several scarce dates from the 1930's and they are all with mintmarks.
