I live in Western PA. I have only seen three of the 2009's in pocket change; one of each of the first three, all "P"s. No 2010's yet, although my local coin guy has them, so I bought a few of himm (all uncirculated). Funny thing, they are "D" mint. He has yet to get any "P" here.
