I've pulled several keys that will go into my collection, or be sold for profit; and stacking most of the rest. I've got about 30 ounces of silver in SLQs right now. :-) Report this Post to the Staff

I've also started buy 10 silver quarters at a time from coin shops/shows. I plan on stockpiling some of it. I'm not overly pessimistic, but I am a hoarder. I will probably be on that A&E show in 10 years, except I will be buried in silver coins instead of garbage like some of them! Report this Post to the Staff

Yeah, out of 200 slqs(average $3.00 a piece or so), I found TWO(yes two) 1921 slqs in problem free G-VG condition, a damaged 1927-s in VG, a 1920-d in VG(scratched a bit), 1917-s type 2 w/full date problem free, 1924 full date XF problem free, 30-s XF, 13 type I slqs(all 1917 unfortunately), and most of the other coins from 1925-1930 with full dates. I've had so much luck with slq junk lots, I'm hooked. However, the KING slq find came from NOD.....a dateless 1916 he paid 2 bucks and change for. Report this Post to the Staff
