Hello. I'm looking to sell this 2006 No P No Logo Magnetic Penny. I pulled it while searching boxes of pennies. I went through 14 boxes...35,000 pennies and found 2 of this coin. This one is the nicer of the 2. I'm looking for opinions on whether I should have it professionally graded or sell it as raw/ungraded with pics. I'm interested to see your opinions. I opened the 2X2 just to take the pics. I took pics of front and back as well with a magnet. I use a soft refrigerator magnet when searching boxes. The magnet will not scratch coins.

These are just my Two Cents, but this seems to be a short-term fad. In 5 years all it will be is a simple variety no different than others of the past. Sell them while they still have outrageously hot prices. Get in on that action, but let others worry about slabbing it. Later on it won't carry such a premium. Wait until the official mintage figures are in (if they aren't already). That would be my advice. That or trade it for something a little older and rarer while the going is good.

Really good advice Libertad. A bit late for this particular coin but "get in on that action" and trading for an older, time tested coin,
I agree without qualifiers

Hi,
I have some 2006 Penny. How should I know if these are the rare penny with no P, no logo?
Any real and clear photos of this penny?
Thanks

With no logo or P, the scarce one is magnetic.
With a P mark, the scarce one is non-magnetic

P is supposed to mean CPS (copper plated steel) and hence magnetic
no mint mark is supposed to mean CPZ (copper plated zinc) and hence non-magnetic

With the logo, they are commonly available as both CPS and CPZ.
