There are some beautiful coins there, but if they were mine, I would have them all an acrylic housing of some kind, either slabbed as a few are, or in sized capsules. I probably would have made my own album with custom sized holes fit all of the capsules. For me, it would have been worth my own effort. The mounting board for the capsules would have been made out of felt lined aluminium plate about 4mm thick. Such an album would have have a nice tactile weighty feel to it. Done properly, you would feel even more proud to show the collection to selected and trusted numismatic friends

I once built a complete type collection of Australian pre decimal coins in copper silver and gold, made up of the rarest date for each type, with the exception of the 1930 Penny. Alas, it was sold some years ago. The most valuable coin in that collection would have been the Adelaide Pound, valued at perhaps $20,000 these days.

Wow! Very nice. I'll have to take pictures of mine when the no motto dollar arrives. I like the idea of the additional gold pages. I guess you could put a gold American eagle in the hole next to the gold buffalo?

Well, I have said it before and I will say it again - AWESOME!! You have some really high-end coins in there and the eye appeal is A+. It's a great feeling to fill that final hole. Congratulations! Any upgrades itching at you yet?

Thanks you guys! It does feel great. There are a couple I'd like to upgrade, but I'm pretty happy with it overall. I made a few additions to the second gold page, including the classic head quarter eagle. I'm contemplating what I should fill that last 1 dollar gold hole with on this second page, and which 1 ounce proof coin to fill the last big hole with on the third page. I also need to re-emboss the labels so they represent the gold coins correctly on the second page. Any ideas?
