1971 Lincoln S? Mispunch

I put this penny under the microscope and in the hole appears to be a portion of the "s" mint Mark! The hole goes 5/8th of the way through. Has anyone seen anything like this before? It appears that the coin was not set properly when the mint Mark was stamped. Opine!

I don't see any kind of a mint mark,looks more like it was a target for a BB gun. IMHO.
