The edge view one has been cut after it left the mint. The deformed edge is a dead giveaway.
If the others are flat then they could be from clipped planchets. Bit hard to see in the pics

Okay, they are flat. You'd have to look at these coins and visualize how they'd have been struck on a clipped planchet. Do the beads (at or near the missing edge) have a shape that makes sense? Another great diagnostic would be the rim and beads opposite the "clip" should be weak (Blakesley effect). Not sure if the clip is large enough to show too much of that but ...

yes there in no more beads at the clip on the reverseand on the observe the beads are fine.
as for the opposite side of the clip it shows a weekness that you can see.

I am doubtful the 78 is clipped. Value....depends some days nothing some days a few dollars to 10 times that? ebay may get some results.

Were those 2 pennies found in the same roll right next to each other? There are some strong scissors out there (Cutco).
